This page explains the rules for using manzanitanw.com and how they relate to Manzanita NW, the wine bar and tasting room located at 2141 NW Savier Street, Suite 105, in Portland's Slabtown neighborhood. We kept the language plain on purpose so you'll actually read it. By browsing the site, purchasing wine, or stopping by the tasting room, you're agreeing to everything below.

Agreeing to These Terms

By using this website — whether you're simply browsing our menu, joining the Woof Pack wine club, or placing an order — you're accepting these terms. If any part doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the site. When you visit in person, these terms also apply to your visit, along with any rules posted inside the tasting room.

How to Use the Site

Feel free to explore, read up on our wines, and shop online. We just ask that you use the site as intended:

• You need to be 21 or older to buy wine or join the wine club. Placing an order confirms that you meet Oregon's legal drinking age.
• Please don't tamper with the site, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• Details on the site — hours, menu, availability, event info — are offered in good faith but may change. We're open daily from 2:30 to 9 pm, though it's always wise to double-check before making a special trip.
• Tasting room seating is first come, first served. We don't accept reservations, with the exception of event rentals.
• We don't have a phone line. For questions, orders, or event inquiries, email is the dependable way to reach us.

Orders, Wine Club, and Event Rentals

Buying wine online or joining the Woof Pack wine club counts as an offer to purchase, which we confirm once we accept your order. Memberships renew as outlined when you sign up. Event rentals are handled by email and follow the details we agree on in writing for your event. Since our wines are produced in small batches, availability can shift, and we may need to substitute or decline an order if something sells out.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — our name and logo, the Manzanita NW and Woof Pack branding, photos of the tasting room, our winemaker, and our wines, along with the site's text and design — is owned by Manzanita NW or used with permission. Sharing links and talking about us is always welcome. Just don't copy, republish, or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without checking with us first.

Disclaimers

We do our best to describe our wines, hours, and events accurately, but the site is offered "as is." We can't guarantee every detail is error-free or always up to date, and tasting notes are subjective — your experience may differ from ours. Nothing here constitutes professional advice of any kind. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.

Limitation of Liability

As far as the law permits, Manzanita NW isn't responsible for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. If an order goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to making it right — replacing the item, refunding what you paid, or fixing the issue. Nothing here limits any rights you hold under Oregon law that cannot be waived.

As the tasting room, our wines, and the site grow and change, we may revise these terms. When that happens, we'll post the updated version right here. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the revised terms.
